Muscle in a Month, Day 28 OMG... It's over!

Can't believe its over already! Went on a mega walk this morning and did the last workout this evening (more lower body - yay!) then did a blissfull hour of yoga!

Been really missing my yoga - usually try to get it in at least on rest days but there have been none and when there have been shorter days I've been super busy so the only yoga I've done is an hour a week teaching. Going to do daily yoga for the next 3 weeks as next week we're on a 'recovery' week so no formal training then I'm snowboarding for 2 weeks and always try to get in at least an hour of yoga a day when I'm on holiday...

An inch appeared to have disappeared from my hip measurement this morning, which would make it a total of 2 ins off the hip. Going to keep logging pics and measurements this week as the effect of the programme, like any training, is seen in the recovery period! So will be interesting to see if there are any more changes...

When I get back from holdiay going to start Jon Le Tocq's Operation Storm Force programme which is going to be totally different - much more lung busting cardio based stuff by the looks of it, which should be good, although I do plan to add in a strength day each week, 4-6 rep full body workout as that is something MIM has got me doing and feel good for it...

My headstand / forearm balance in yoga just now felt really strong and sure that is from getting heavier low rep stuff in. Enjoy proper BB deads too, so going to keep all that going...

Also, entering the UK KB comp in July so need to make sure I focus my training on that - should be fun!

Muscle in a Month Day 27 - gone so quickly!

Can't believe its day 27 already!

No pics this am...

More legs which was good, plus shoulders and abs. Went a bit lighter on the C&P / Windmill as tweaked a muscle in my shoulder doing chest on Day 25 and did chest again today, so decided to drop down to 16kg rather than 20kg as normal...

The 4 x 40s are just getting tedious now though - so not gonna miss that part of the programme!

Definitely going to add more 4-6 rep range stuff into my repertoire though, and get to the gym for more BB & cable work as it has been fun - good to be taken out of your own zone for a while!

Muscle in a Month Day 26

Yay some legs today! Really love the Harrup curls - definitely going to keep them in future training programmes.

More arms though - really don't need any more work on the guns to be honest, feeling bigger (measurements don't seem to show it but never measured 'flexed' and they have definitely got bigger!)

Pics etc to add...
