Phew, another long workout. Well, took about 70 mins, not including warm up and cool down, and thanks to the sets of 40 of stuff towards the end, felt like an eternity!
Anyway, used 2 x 20kg KBs for the squats, lifted them to shoulders (not quite front squat as not in racked position, more like holding a BB) and held the same at the side for the split squat (top end reps for both exercises). As for the next bit - horrible!
Used 16kg KBs throughout for the chest press, on a SB. Slightly assisted on the pull ups (touched the floor at the bottom of each so assisted up but controlled down) for each set of 6. BO Row 40lb DBs again and did a SB KB Pullover instead of straight arm with 11kg KB. And after the hundreds the programme prescribes I was in some kinda pain! Last 2 sets on the floor not SB.
20 kg again for the windmill (6 ES on each set): fine once I got the KB in the air but hard to get it up, so to speak... Hanging knee raise as before. Crunches easy but a bit tedious!
Done though, yay! Going to be hard doing one of this evil workouts every single day.... Why oh why? Better go back and look at that goal pic I posted: MY REASON WHY!
